Before his first barefoot trim - Warmblood gelding, standing under himself causing mass amounts of tension in his body.

Immediately after his first trim. Bars were overgrown causing pain in the back of his front hooves.

After, yet still a LONG way to go (April 2009)

Sheared heels - before (February 2008)

After (unsure of the date - sometime in winter considering the amount of hair!)

Before - Reared and caught leg on top of a wall (February 2010)

March 2007 -Superficial hoof crack

February 2011 (before flare removal)

April 2011 - freshly out of shoes, freshly off the track.

May 2011 (3 weeks later) - 24/7 movement, natural grazing, tiny touches of the rasp at the heels, bars and hoof wall.

Very lame rising 4 year old TB. Numerous issues including hip fracture, ulcers and hooves overdue for a trim.

Just 2.5 months later, pasture sound after bi-monthly chiropractic adjustments, massage, shoe removal and regular barefoot trims as well as 24/7 access to movement and roughage.

A complete posture and conformation adjustment in just 2 months of barefoot trimming, as well alleviation of a mysterious front limb lameness.

Postural adjustment through shoe removal and barefoot trim.

Under-run heels and diagnosed with pedal-oestis.

2 months later, almost 100% sound and heels are beginning to open up.

10 year old Saddler mare, went untrimmed for many months due to difficulties handling her and a lack of availability of a knowledgeable trimmer.

After one session where part of the outer hoof wall was removed with a blade and then after a barefoot trim a month later. Amazing how the frog "found itself"!
