Please submit your fitting photos of each applicable foot, using the guide below this form. Please place 0 on the tape measure at the toe, the width at the widest part of the hoof and the front and side angles with your camera on the ground. Please ensure that you capture the heel angle correctly. Photos are best taken no more than 14 days after a trim, but any stage of the trim cycle can be assessed and we will advise you if the hoof growth is appropriate or not.
